How it works

  1. Choose a voucher and add a message.
  2. We email you the voucher straight away, with a version to print. If you add their email, we send it to them on the day you choose, early in the morning.
  3. They create the book: the child's name, look and big dream. The voucher is taken off at checkout.
  4. We write their story straight away. With a paperback or hardback voucher, it's printed and posted after they've read it.
What if they want a printed book and I bought the eBook voucher?

They can still choose the paperback or the hardback and pay the difference at checkout.

How long is it valid?

12 months from when you buy it, for one order.

Can I change my mind?

Yes. If the voucher hasn't been used, you can cancel it within 14 days for a full refund. Just reply to the email with your voucher.

Can I print it?

Yes. After paying you'll see the voucher with a Print button, and the link is in your email too. It has a code to type in and a QR code to scan.
